Technology

All event spaces have ability to be outfitted with your technology needs and many have built-in equipment that is turnkey ready to use. Our NMSU event support staff are trained to meet with all of our customers to ensure that everything is event ready and to help answer any questions at the beginning of your event. For an hourly fee, we can arrange a dedicated NMSU support technician who will be scheduled and assigned to be present for the duration of your event.

HD Projectors – Both in house and portable units to fit your needs.
PA Systems – Ability to use both handheld and hands-free microphones to connect to house systems, or portable speaker systems.
Signage – Vertical sign stands, easels, and stanchions are available to direct and control traffic, or post valuable information pertaining to your event.
Cords and Hardware – Wide range of cord and adapters to fulfill the needs of different clients and technology capabilities. Includes:

Presentation – Wireless clickers can be provided to electronic presentations (PowerPoint) to ensure smooth and professional delivery.
Along with audio visual presentation we also offer physical presenting styles such as whiteboards, portable projection screens, and flip cards. Markers and erasers can be provided upon request.
Pipe and Drape – Can be used at variable lengths and heights in black and crimson (maroon) for the following:
• Backdrops
• Privacy Booths
• Photo booths
• Crowd Control
• Hiding Equipment
Podiums and Mic Stands – For more formal or official events podiums can be used to draw attention to the speaker and create a nice centerpiece for the presentation. Capable of connecting audio.
Adjustable standing and tabletop mic stands can also be used for panel talks, bands, or general purpose use.
Staging – Elevate your presentations by creating a focal point for the speaker or performer. Stages can be assembled in multiple dimensions and are always finished with skirting to ensure presentability. Stairs and handicap ramps may also be added at request.
On-hand assistance – Trained AV crew members are on hand for short term assistance or event long help. Will kindly assist clients with event troubleshooting or providing means of adjusting equipment and furniture involved in the event setup.
