Hotel on Phillips

The Hotel on Phillips was first constructed as the Sioux Falls National Bank in 1917 and has since been used as a bank as well as an office building. It is situated in the center of old-town Sioux Falls along the Great Sioux River.
The renovation and conversion of Hotel on Phillips into an elegant boutique hotel with 90 distinctive bedrooms and suites got under way in 2018. A 16-ton, 24-bolt bank vault with a walk-through into the lounge, which has an original terrazzo floor, can be found in the hotel’s roomy lobby. The public areas include a boardroom, a quaint library, an upper-level mezzanine that looks down over the lobby, a fitness facility, a spa, and Hattie’s Parlor, where guests can arrange private events for up to 60 people.
