Grand View University

Grand View University facilities are available to organizations and the general public for a variety of events on a space-available basis. The 50-acre campus is home to six academic buildings, six residential facilities, athletic facilities, two administrative buildings and the new Student Center.

During the academic year, Grand View welcomes approximately 2,200 students in 40 undergraduate and four graduate programs. Many are athletes, participating in our 24 sports for men and women, several of them national NAIA championship teams. During the summer months, the Grand View campus is host to many camps and clinics that are open to the public in athletics, art, music, and other areas. Some residence halls are open to community organizations in the summer as well.

Year round, Grand View hosts a wide variety of community events and meetings, occupying space in the new Student Center and in the classrooms in academic buildings. Catering is available through Aramark, Grand View’s food service provider.

Grand View is located in Des Moines, with a metropolitan area exceeding half a million people in central Iowa. Des Moines is the state capital and serves as the communications hub for Iowa.
