The Demi Suite Event Loft, featuring a stunning view of the Detroit River, is the perfect event space for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, company meetings, trunk shows, or wine events. Inside this wonderfully appointed loft you will find an entry way with a guest sign-in table, gift table, or bar area. From there you walk into the main event space just beyond the partially equipped modern island kitchen. The main room can be arranged to provide the right ambiance for seated or standing guests. A window seat bench extends the entire width of the room enabling guests to look out the 8-foot windows overlooking the Detroit River. Hardwood flooring throughout, original exposed brick wall, and abstract artwork complete the decor.
The Demi Suite Event Loft is just right for smaller gatherings of 30-50 guests.
