With a gorgeous view of the Colorado Rockies, The Ranch Events Complex in beautiful Loveland, CO offers more than 375,000 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor space for any event. The venue also boasts industry-leading event staff, exceptional catering utilizing the freshest ingredients available, ample parking and proximity to award-winning local hotels and amenities.
The Ranch Events Complex is conveniently located off I-25 in Loveland and is less than an hour drive from Denver International Airport, ensuring that travel to and from the venue is stress-free for visitors. Since 2003, The Ranch Events Complex has steadily earned a reputation as one of the premier event and entertainment complexes in the region. With the ability to host anything from a small board meeting to a music festival containing thousands of fans, the multi-purpose venues on The Ranch Events Complex campus are both locally known and nationally recognized as ideal destinations for all types of meetings and events! The Ranch has ample on-site parking and partners with award-winning, nearby hotels and transportation companies as well!
The Ranch Events Complex has a total of four buildings on campus.
Budweiser Events Center
A 7,200 seat multi-purpose venue and is called home by the Colorado Eagles of the AHL. The arena has seen some of the best bands, comedians, family and theater shows stop in Loveland.
The First National Bank Building
It includes two 18,000 sq ft halls and five meeting rooms which make it the ideal location for meetings, conferences, trade shows and banquets in Loveland.
The Thomas M. McKee 4-H Youth and Community Building
A 12,500 sq ft hall with 6 meeting rooms
MAC Equipment Indoor Arena and Livestock Pavilions
The ideal location for local, regional and national equine and livestock events as well as other types of events in Loveland!
The Ranch Events Complex provides in-house catering services through Spectra Food Services and Hospitality, technical support, and event coordination services such as providing recommended layouts, facility planning, marketing assistance and more. Meeting & Event Spaces
Budweiser Events Center
This multipurpose facility can host hockey, basketball, football, family shows in any configuration, rodeos, diverse concert settings in various capacities, trade shows and several dozen setups to accommodate just about any event. The Budweiser Events Center, less than an hour's drive from Denver and Cheyenne, has become the focal point for sports and entertainment in Northern Colorado.
First National Bank Exhibition Hall
The First National Bank Exhibition Halls have 36,000 sq. ft. of versatile event space, which make the building the perfect location for trade shows, banquets, large-scale group presentations and conferences. This space can be further subdivided into 18,000, 12,000, and 6,000 sq. ft. spaces. Each hall can accommodate 85 10x10 booths. Adjacent to the First National Bank South Exhibition Hall are the Cross and Rodenberger meeting rooms and the Larimer County Conference Center. Thomas M. McKee 4-H, Youth & Community Building
The McKee Exhibition Hall offers 12,500 sq. ft. of event space which can be further subdivided into 7,500, 3,000, and 2,000 sq. ft. spaces and can accommodate 50 10x10 booths. Adjacent to the hall are six large meeting rooms with windows that can be configured to accommodate your specific needs.
MAC Equipment Indoor Arena & Pavilions
Most often used for agricultural and livestock events, the facilities within MAC Equipment building may also be configured to accommodate other types of functions such as sports competitions, dog shows and RV/auto shows. There is a total of 180,000 sq. ft. all under one roof that can be used for one event or divided for multiple events.
Outdoor Events
The Ranch campus sits on a total of over 240 acres and is ideal for most outdoor events. The courtyard and grassy areas are great for outdoor weddings, concerts, festivals, private parties, summer picnics and sporting events. Ranch Bar and Grill
The Ranch Bar & Grill on the suite level of the Events Center offers breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. It can accommodate up to 200 guests, has full audio/video capabilities and complimentary WiFi and is available for private functions on non-event days.

The Executive Chef and catering staff enjoy creating custom menus to meet the needs of each guest. OVG Hospitality is skilled at providing catering concession services for small intimate gatherings as well as large-scale events.
