Williams Hall
o Williams Hall is managed and booked as a performance and a multimedia space equipped with digital projection, sound, and lighting. It also has a suspended Marley dance floor and full mirrors can be opened on three sides of the floor.
   - Use of any built-in AV equipment requires a Conference Coordinator to assist, supervise or train on the equipment.
o A grand piano is available to professional musicians only by permission from OCEC.
o No food or drink is permitted in Williams Hall, and soft soled shoes, socks or bare feet must be worn on the dance floor.
o Seats 187, theater style. Additional chair seating is possible.

o The Oxford Chapel is available for worship, meetings or performances and is equipped with projection and A/V technologies

Tarbutton Performing Art Center - Instrumental Rehearsal Room
An acoustically insulated room that can be used for music rehearsal of small groups. Two individual practice rooms, one equipped with a piano, are also available to music camps.

Athletic Center
The Gymnasium is available at certain times for Conference Group scheduling. This should be scheduled though OCEC before arrival.
   o Shoes with cleats, leather soles, sandals and open toes are not allowed in the Gym
   o Basketballs and volleyballs will be made available as long as the supply lasts. Groups may wish to furnish their own equipment.

The Pool may be scheduled for open recreation through OCEC. The Athletic Department charges a fee for pool use and lifeguards, arranged and billed by OCEC.
   o A maximum of 50 may be in the pool at one time
   o Swimmers may not enter the pool until the lifeguards have given them safety instructions and approval to enter the water.
   o All swimmers must wear regulation swimsuits and should shower before entering the pool.

Weight Room: Special permission required. Contact OCEC. Participants must be 18 or over and sign a waiver.

Oxford Dining offers a wide variety of menu options to satisfy the tastes and traditions of a richly diverse campus community. The success of the dining program relies on partnerships across all segments of campus, including students, student organizations, campus life, residential education and services, international student advisory board, finance and operations, Emory food service administration, and the professional food service provider.

Catering
Oxford Dining can provide your group with fresh, contemporary menus for special meals or informal coffee breaks. If you are interested in a catered event, notify the Events and Conference Office early in your conference planning. 

The OX is a grill and snack bar open in the summer only by special arrangements. Common Ox events are ice cream socials, late night snacks, or "last night of camp" celebrations.

Elizer Hall
Murdy Hall and Elizer Hall combine to be the largest residential complex on campus containing 350 residents. The co-ed complex consists of single gender floors and co-ed floors. Additional items in the complex include small laundry rooms and community bathrooms on each floor. Laundry on campus is free in all of the residence halls. Each student room has its own sink, individual climate control, and captains bed which allows more space for students belongings.

Murdy Hall and Elizer Hall amenities include one demonstration kitchen located on the first floor of Murdy Hall, 4 terraces, and a wealth of community lounges and study rooms for student use. The Elizer Hall lobby features a flat panel television, pool table, and a ping pong table for the students enjoyment.

Haygood Hall
Haygood Hall features the smallest, most intimate communities on campus. This co-ed building features single gender floors, small laundry rooms in each hall, and its residents share community bathrooms. Laundry on campus is free in the residence halls.

Haygood Hall's amenities include three community kitchens, three study rooms, an elevator, a terrace, and a courtyard. Additionally, four community lounges feature different spaces for students to utilize for study and entertaining. Two of the lounges have a flat panel television. 

Haygood is convenient to many areas on campus. It is the closest building to the Dining Hall, the ATM, and the Nature Trails. Also, Haygood features parking right outside your door.

Jolley Residential Center
The Jolley Residential Center, colloquially known as the JRC, sprawls along the north side of the Quad. It consists of Bonnell, Dowman, Dickey and Stone Halls, which are connected by lounges and study rooms. Though the JRC can be a co-ed complex, all floors are single sex. All rooms in the JRC are double occupancy, except for two rooms in Dowman, which are triples. Amenities in the complex are a community kitchen, three television lounges, and vending machines. The hall office also has games, kitchen supplies, and other items for check-out. Three of the four halls have laundry facilities which offer complementary use of the machines.

Services

Computer Access
Free wireless access is available campus-wide. Use of wireless in the Residence Halls can be obtained by requesting a user ID and Password, which requires the approval of the Group Director, and is limited to those 18 and over.
Printing Access
You may print and/or copy documents in the Conference Office for $0.08 per page. The first 20 pages are free.
Mailing Services
The Conference Office will receive and hold mail for Groups prior to and during the time you are registered. You will be notified if we receive mail. OCEC will deliver mail to designated staff only. Please address summer mail as follows*:

Vending Machines
Vending machines are located in Residence Hall common areas. Problems with vending machines should be reported to the Student Center reception desk. The receptionist in the Student Center will handle reimbursements for lost money.
Ice Machines
Ice machines are available in the Student Center, Dining Hall (with special permission), the Jolley Residential Center and the East Village Murdy Kitchen. There is no charge for this ice; however, if these supplies run low you may need to purchase bagged ice and we can store it for you.
Bookstore
The Barnes & Noble / Oxford College Bookstore is open Monday to Friday, 10 am to 3 pm. Snacks, sweatshirts, toiletries and desk supplies are available there. Items may not be charged to your conference bill.
Parking
Parking at Oxford College is free.  Guests will be given a parking tag upon check in, which should be placed on the dashboard of your vehicle.  We cannot guarantee parking immediately next to Residence Halls will be available, but all lots are within a few minutes walk of each Residence Hall. 
Public Safety and Emergency Services
A Campus Police Officer will attend your Pre-Check-In meeting. At that time they will offer a brief orientation and how to handle emergencies, safety and parking.  Upon check in, you will receive the contact information for Oxford Campus Police who are available on campus 24/7.
