Bousfield Residence Hall-Centennial Lounge Main lounge near the entrances of the residence hall. There are computers and a printer available in this lounge as well as a cable television.

Bousfield-Recreation Room Comfortable lounge room filled with items perfect for evening recreation and relaxation. Room includes comfortable couches, a foosball table, dry erase boards, and a projector and screen.  There is also a small kitchenette available in this lounge.

Bousfield-Multipurpose Room Open space that is ideal for a classroom or a meeting space, also frequently used as a dining space for catered banquets. The multipurpose room includes a dry erase board and a built-in projector and screen.

Florida Avenue Residence Hall Multi-Purpose Room Can be divided into two (2) separate rooms. Room includes a ramp on one side, and a microphone jack and screen on the other side with a raised stage and steps on both sides. Wide open space can be used for dances, talent shows, meeting spaces, classes and group activities. Capacity of room ranges from 80 to 140 people, based on the setup.

FAR-Oglesby Lounge Large first floor lounge that is ideal for check-ins and groups up to 130 people. A piano is located in the room and available for rental use. Please contact the front desk to rent the piano. Great lounge for quiet relaxation.

FAR-Trelease Lounge Large first floor lounge that is ideal for check-ins and groups up to 120 people. This location includes a TV and couches that are great for a period of relaxation and recreation for your conference.

FAR-Aerobics Room Mirrors on one side of the room give this room its name. A large, open-carpeted space that is great for classroom utilization or for group recreation.

FAR-Classroom 5 Comfortable meeting room that is perfect as a meeting space for your group or for a classroom set up. The classroom layout includes white boards for presentations and a projector screen. Can seat 24-30 individuals comfortably.

FAR-Oglesby Pagoda A bright and open dining room surrounded by windows to provide a beautiful view of your surroundings. The pagoda is an ideal space for banquets or catered events for up to 130 people.

Hopkins Residence Hall-Main Lounge Large first floor lounge that is ideal for check-ins and groups up to 100 people. A piano is located in the room and available for rental use.

Nugent Residence Hall-Main Lounge 1111 Comfortable lounge room with a flat screen television and comfortable chairs. Great place to relax.

Nugent-Beckwith Lounge 1039 Comfortable lounge room with a flat screen television and comfortable chairs. This lounge is able to accommodate persons with disabilities.

Nugent-Study Lounge 0125 The study lounge is perfect for a small meeting or study session. This space comfortably seats up to 15 individuals.

Nugent-Conference Room Perfect meeting space for a classroom or breakout location. The room is furnished with built in A/V equipment and dry erase boards.

Nugent-Multipurpose Room 1101A The multi-purpose room has a white board, DVD player, projector, and screen available for use. Wide open space can be used for a meeting space, classrooms and group activities. Capacity of room ranges from 16 to 40 people, based on the setup.

Pennsylvania Avenue Residence Hall - Lounge 123A This is a lounge within the Pennsylvania Avenue Residence Halls with ping pong tables, bar stools, vending machines and pool tables. 

PAR - Floor Lounges There are floor lounges on each floor of PAR buildings with a capacity of 10. 

PAR-Carr Conference Room 111B This room has a conference table and can seat up to 30 people. This room also includes an upright piano.

PAR-Multipurpose Room 117 This room includes 2 white boards, 2 power towers, a projector and screen, a sound system and has a capacity of 30.

PAR-Saunders Lounge 131 This room has a white board, a projector and screen, a sound system, a TV and has a capacity of 80.

PAR-Carr Lounge Room 111A This is a lounge that has a capacity of up to 80 people with lecture style seating in the Pennsylvania Avenue Residence Halls. There are many different set ups for this room including banquet style, classroom, conference style, and more. 

Scott Residence Hall-Main Lounge Large first floor lounge that is ideal for check-ins and group gatherings. A piano is located in the room and available for rental use.

Student Dining and Residential Programs Building Multipurpose Rooms These large versatile multi-purpose rooms can be combined to host large group meetings or be broken down into three (3) separate meeting spaces. Conveniently located in the Student Dining and Residential Programs Building.

SDRP - Seminar Room 2003 Conveniently located in the Student Dining and Residential Programs Building, this space is furnished with built in A/V equipment and dry erase boards. Garner Seminar room has a wide variety of useful setup options to meet event planner needs.

Wassaja Main Lounge 1112 The room includes a TV with HDMI hook up and WiFi.

Wassaja Multi-Purpose Room 1126 The room includes a TV, WiFi, a network connection, projection screen and dry erase board.

Wassaja Recreation Room 1113 The room includes a TV with HDMI hook up, WiFi and a ping pong table.

SDRP - Seminar Room 2009 A perfect meeting space or breakout spot for any conference located in the Student Dining and Residential Programs Building. This space is furnished with built in A/V equipment and dry erase boards.

SDRP - Seminar Room 2005 A perfect size meeting space for a classroom or breakout location. This space is conveniently located in the Student Dining and Residential Programs Building. The room is furnished with built in A/V equipment and dry erase boards.

SDRP - Seminar Room 2050 A perfect meeting space or breakout spot for any conference located in the Student Dining and Residential Programs Building. This space is furnished with built in A/V equipment and dry erase boards.

SDRP - Meeting Room 2052 This space is ideal for any smaller meeting, furnished with a conference table, comfortable meeting room chairs, built in A/V equipment and dry erase boards.

Weston Residence Hall-Main Lounge 166 Large first floor lounge that is ideal for check-ins and groups up to 40 people. A piano is located in the room and available for rental use. There is also a lounge TV available for use. 

Weston-Floor Lounges Located on each residence floor, the lounge room is a perfect breakout room for a relaxing conversation between you and your group, or for meetings of small groups of 5-10 people.

Weston-Classroom Can be divided into three (3) separate rooms. Comfortable meeting room that is perfect as a meeting space for your group or for a classroom set up. Ideal positioning for chairs provides a capacity of 30-100 individuals depending on the set up.

    • Conveniently located within the Student Dining and Residential Programs Building in Champaign on the west side of campus, Ikenberry Dining Center is versatile in hosting large events as well as smaller venues. With a diverse menu to choose from, event planners can work closely with our on site dietician to accomodate all their dining needs.
    • Wide selection of all-American favorites, including a make-your-own salad and sandwich bar.
    • Has a second level private dining area that can be used for overflow seating or for catered events.
    • Accommodating of special dietary or nutritional needs. The Conferences and Special Events office can provide you with a dietary needs form that participants can complete and return to us for review by the University Dining Registered Dietician.

Audio/Visual and Technical Support A/V equipment available in larger meeting rooms with staff on site to assist with set up.

Computer Lab Centers on Location Available for reservations. Conveniently located and can handle your business needs including scanning and printing.

24-Hour Area Desk Service Our friendly and helpful staff members are available at the area residence hall desk 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you during your stay. The area desk services provided for guests include linen exchange, message taking, and information on the campus and community.

Internet Access Complimentary wireless internet access is available in student rooms and common areas.  

Laundry Facilities Complimentary use of on site washing machines and dryers is available. Please contact the area desk for the location of the laundry room in your specific hall.

Mail Service If you need to have something sent to you please contact us for the correct mailing address. 

Full Linen Service If your conference provides linen service, daily towel exchange is available at the area desk. Our area desk also has additional blankets and pillows available at the request of the guest.

Recreation & Leisure Unique restaurants, local shops, and scenic parks can be found in the quaint, historic streets of Urbana, while the dynamic city of Champaign is home to nationally known restaurants, malls, movie theaters and sporting arenas. If you’re looking for a cultural getaway, the Krannert Art Museum boasts a permanent collection of 9,000 pieces of art, while the Spurlock Museum houses approximately 42.000 historical world artifacts. If sports are your passion, we can arrange access to any of the University’s recreational facilities, such as tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, swimming pools, soccer fields, or gyms.

Activities and Recreation Center (ARC) Located on the South West side of campus, the Activities and Recreation Center (ARC) houses 340,000 square feet of athletic activity. Some amenities include: 35-foot climbing wall, two 50-meter swimming pools, 4 gymnasiums, and hundreds of machines and weights.

Campus Recreation Center East (CRCE) Located on the East side of campus, the Campus Recreation Center East (CRCE) houses 110,000 square feet of athletic activity. Some amenities include: an aquatic center, a 3-court gymnasium, 2 multi-purpose rooms, and free weights and machines.

Illini Union Bowling & Billiards Located on the lower level of the Illini Union, the Illini Rec Room features 14 bowling lanes with cosmic bowling available and 12 billiard tables.

Krannert Art Museum The second largest general fine art museum in the state of Illinois, the Krannert Art Museum offers free admission to the public as they explore the museum's exhibitions and events.

Spurlock Museum The William R. and Clarice V. Spurlock Museum of World Cultures is a regional center for cultural and archaeological collections from throughout history and across the globe. The Spurlock Museum's 9 permanent exhibits represent historical and contemporary peoples from around the world.
