As trends have changed over the years, the building has transformed into a professional bowling stadium, traditional movie theatre, and now concert venue operated by AEG Presents and the Cordish Company, after a multimillion-dollar renovation. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977, the building still bears many of the original French-Italian Baroque design details, including 500,000-plus feet of gold leaf, five giant Czechoslovakian hand-cut crystal chandeliers, and a room made entirely of Tiffany glass tiles.
