Ingredients:
3 cups old-fashioned oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
pinch of salt
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup flaxseed
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
To prepare:
1. Put all ingredients in large freezer bag and shake the mixture to blend.
2. Then store in your favorite airtight container to keep it fresh.
The granola makes a great grab-and-go snack or breakfast cereal. Or, pour into a Mason jar and add some ribbon and gift it to colleagues and clients this holiday season.
