Crusts, Glazes & Marinades (Hands-on Class)
Saturday, June 3, 2017; 11AM-2PM; Cost: $55/ person

Learn how to make and use the right crust, glaze & marinade on all your roasts, steaks, chicken, fish and vegetable dishes. Class will demonstrate proper preparation and techniques and taste test many recipes. In addition, preparation of various chicken wing and rib sauces will be demonstrated. Lots of sampling and libations.

Social Hour (Hands-on Class)
Thursday, June 8, 2017; 5-7PM; Cost: $25/ person

Every 2nd Thursday of the month, mingle/socialize with Loyola staff, local business owners, and area residents over a wine tasting and gourmet appetizers.

Wine Club (Chef & Wine Professional Demonstrated Class)
Wednesday, June 21, 2017; 5-7PM; Cost: $25/ person

Every 3rd Wednesday of the month come sample a lineup of fantastic wines paired with Loyola's culinary staff's appetizer creations. Build your wine cellar and explore new wines. This month - Ca Moni Vineyards.

Mangia! Mangia! A food & wine taste test feast around Italy. Wine reception with passed hors d' oeuvres followed by a five-course wine dinner.
