New Wedding Packages at the Hive Gallery and Gatherings

“The Wildflower”

(under 50 guests, reception only)
-use of Hive’s exclusive facilities for up to 8 hrs for your wedding reception (details below) -2 hrs total consultation time with our in house event planners*
-onsite setup/strike by gallery staff
-one onsite staff person for the duration of your event
-qualified bartender for 6 hrs total
-use of all onsite tableware, serving ware, linens, furnishings and décor
-use in house sound system, lighting, and karaoke machine
-outdoor fireplace/cabaret set-up (weather dependent)

(over 50 guests, reception only)
-use of Hive’s exclusive facilities for up to 8hrs for your wedding reception (details below) -4 hrs total consultation time with our in house event planners*

-two onsite staff people for the duration of your event
-qualified bartender for 6 hrs total, licensing fee
-use of all onsite tableware, serving ware, linens, furnishings and décor -children’s room setup inc. TV, games and painting activity
-outdoor fireplace/cabaret set-up, inc. outdoor bar service (weather dependent)**
-dj services for 4hrs, use of in house sound system, lighting, karaoke machine -basic flower package for service tables and dining tables.

-onsite setup/strike of ceremony, service, dining and dancing areas by gallery staff -two onsite staff people for the duration of your event
-qualified bartender for 8 hrs total
-use of all onsite tableware, serving ware, linens, furnishings and décor
-outdoor fireplace/cabaret setup, including outdoor bar service (weather dependent)** -dj services for 4hrs, use of in house sound system, lighting, karaoke machine -wedding flower/lighting package for indoor or outdoor arbour, service tables and dining tables.***

-live music performance for ceremony, with choice of 4-5 songs.

-outdoor fireplace/cabaret setup, including outdoor bar service (weather dependant)** -dj services for 4hrs, use of in house sound system, lighting, karaoke machine -wedding flower/lighting package for indoor or outdoor arbour, service tables and dining tables.***

*Our in house event planners are pleased to assist you with the following services
-identifying, communicating with and liaising with the most prospective caterer for your event.
-connecting you with one of our favorite officiants, photographers, cake makers or any other service specialists that you might need -meeting with your service specialists onsite for pre-event consultations
-creating a floor plan and “run-of -show” plan for your event
-with appropriate package, creating entertainment/music plan, and liaising with dj or musicians
-with the appropriate package, discussing floral preferences, décor preferences and specialty setup
-supervising onsite staff during event setup
-briefing onsite staff on run of show
-meeting with caterer during event setup to ensure that all instructions are communicated clearly
**Our Outdoor Spaces
-our planners will work with you to create an event that reflects your vision and utilizes the space to it’s maximum potential. We cannot be responsible for inclement weather on the day of your event. Your planner will have a contingency plan in the event of excessive rain, threat of lightening, or snow.
Outdoor spaces will be utilized accordingly. Your guests will not be permitted on the decks at the discretion of your event coordinator.
***Flower, Lighting and Décor packages
-you will be given a choice of flower packages from photo references. There will be no substitutions of types, numbers or scale of the arrangements that you’ve chosen with your coordinator.
-the Hive offers an array of lighting choices. We do offer candle lighting in circumstances that we deem safe for your guests, at the discretion of your coordinator.
-our linens, décor and service ware are available to you, limited to only what is onsite.
