Vancouver, October 17th, 2016  Internationally acclaimed Culinary Capers is excited to announce the hiring of Stewart Boyles as Executive Chef. The talented chef has worked in prestigious fine dining kitchens for the past 21 years.

About Chef Stewart Boyles
After an apprenticeship at the Fairmont Waterfront, Stewart traveled to gain work experience in international kitchens. Thanks to an ancestral visa, he settled in Scotland, where he was Chef de Partie for highly regarded British chef Martin Wishart at his Michelin starred restaurant in Edinburgh and was then invited to be Chef de Cuisine at Wishart’s new restaurant at Loch Lomond. With Stewart in charge of the kitchen, the new venture was also awarded a Michelin Star.
Chef Stewart returned to Vancouver in 2012 and most recently was Chef de Cuisine at Hawksworth. “I am very excited to join Vancouver’s most sought after catering company, which has such a rich history in this city” says Chef Boyles.
