Freehold, NJ — The prestigious NJBIZ Best Places to Work in New Jersey Awards Ceremony will be held at iPlay America on Tuesday, April 19. Best Places to Work recognizes the state’s top employers who show a dedication to their employees’ professional growth and quality of life.

This year’s event will take place in iPlay America’s brand new, warehouse-styled event space – Warehouse 100. During the award ceremony, guests will enjoy small bites and wine served at their table and a cocktail reception will include passed Hors d'oeuvres, food stations and open bar. Then guests are invited to iPlay America’s amusement park to enjoy dessert and games.

Companies from across New Jersey completed a rigorous two-step survey process through which the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey were selected to be honored. A majority of the scoring comes from employee experience surveys, as well as an in-depth evaluation of each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The Best Companies Group, who manages the entries and survey, uses the combined scores and data analyzation expertise to determine the final rankings.
