Go to uniquevenues.com and click on the log in link in the navigation bar, upper right. On the next screen, enter in your user name and password.  If you don't have your user name and password, please give us a call at 800.933.3500 (970.926.7676) and we will help you. Once logged in, you will be taken to the members' area navigation screen.

The members’ area holds the key to many services offered as part of your Unique Venues membership. From this area you can modify and enhance your online profile or microsite, post news about your venue as well as any special offers you are running. You can view the leads that have been sent to your venue and see your traffic and performance.

It is important to visit the members' area often and to utilize all of the services that are offered with your membership. This will help you get the return on your membership. Here are the pages of the members' area and how to use them.

venue home This is where the information regarding your venue's contact information, venue description and photos for your photo gallery are housed. Click on the Edit Your Profile link on the left side of the page.  Expand each area to view or update information or upload your images. Click on the save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes. Your changes will go live immediately on uniquevenues.com so be sure to check out how your profile looks each time you make changes.
expanded profile These pages hold the information contained in our expanded profiles.  Members who have purchased our elevated or premier memberships, or have purchased these pages a la carte, have access to this information. The pages include information on dining, catering, function space, accommodations, services, attractions, technology and testimonials. Click on each link to add information.  You can add information for each page as well as upload images to certain pages.  Be sure to click on the save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes. Your changes will go live immediately on uniquevenues.com so be sure to check out how your microsite looks each time you make changes.
RFPs View the leads that have been submitted through uniquevenues.com for your venue. Click on any lead name to see details such as planner name and event information.
archived RFPs View the leads that have been sent to you over the past years of your membership.  This area archives all past leads for you along with the contact information of the planners who have requested information from your venue. Click on any lead name to see details such as planner name and event information.
open RFPs View the open RFPs of planners who are looking for places at which to hold their meetings, conferences and events. These planners are searching for a venue and are open to hearing from potential locations. Click on any lead name to see details such as planner name and event information.
post news Post any news or information regarding your venue. This information will be distributed in the Unique Venues press area and sent out via RSS feeds. The news posting will also appear on your online profile page as well as on our home page. Thousands and thousands of meeting planners will also see your news through email blasts and newsletters. Click on the Post News icon in the dashboard and enter your venue information.  Type your news directly into the form or copy and paste your press release.  Click on the submit button to save your release.  Be sure to proof read your submission carefully. Please note: news items only. Please do not post promotional or advertising information in the news area of uniquevenues.com.
post a hot deal Post your special booking offers and opportunity dates in our hot deals section. The Hot Deals link appears on Unique Venues home page as well as on your profile page and will be distributed in RSS feeds. Thousands and thousands of planners are notified of hot deals through email blasts and newsletters. Planners love a deal – post often. Click on the Post Hot Deals icon in the dashboard and enter your venue information.  Type in the dates and description of your special offer.  You must assign an expiration date so that the offer will stop appearing on your profile once it has expired.  Be sure to proof your submission carefully. Click on the submit button at the bottom of the page to save your offer.
member stats View your current, month-to-date stats for your venue profile in uniquevenues.com.  This page will reset each month to give you a picture of how your profile is performing in actual time. This page is very easy to view and use.  Click on the link to view the stats.  Check back as often as you like.
stats history This page allows you to view your profile's stats as well as uniquevenues.com's stats over a three year period. If your venue has not been a member of Unique Venues for that long, stats will be provided for as long as you've held a membership. Another very easy page to use. Click on the link and view the reports that deail the history of uniquevenues.com as your venue profile. 

 

a note about photos

If you have difficulty uploading your photos to your profile, please do not hesitate to ask for assistance. Our staff is happy to re-size and upload images for you. Please feel free to send them to Ann McKenzie at [email protected]. Be sure to note your venue name and where on your site you would like the image(s) to appear. We will take care of your request right away. If you choose to upload your own images, please remember to click the submit button after each upload so that the website saves your images appropriately.

If you choose to upload images on your own, photo gallery images should be sized to 72dpi and 500 pixels X 400 pixels.
