Promises were made at Unique Venues Annual Marketing Conference held in Nashville last week. The 100 Unique Venues members in attendance stood together to recite a new "Service Pledge"; that is, a vow to respond to all sales leads received within 24 hours. Our company knows this sensitive timeframe is an expectation and that a delayed response (or lack thereof) reflects on our industry.
