Escape the ordinary and breathe in the fresh air of Loveland at The Ranch Events Complex, Northern Colorado’s largest and most versatile event venue. Conveniently located off I-25 and less than an hour drive from Denver International Airport, The Ranch Events Complex offers gorgeous views of the Colorado Rockies and more than 375,000 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor space for any type of event imaginable.

Built in 2003 on 240 acres, The Ranch has earned a reputation as one of the premier event and entertainment complexes in the region hosting over 700 events per year from the small weekly meeting of 10 to the large campus wide event of 100,000. Named runner up for ‘Best Venue for Expos and Tradeshows’ by Unique Venues and an IAFE award winner, the one-stop shop event team is known for their outstanding service working with you from start to finish providing recommended layouts, facility planning and marketing assistance while also furnishing any ancillary rental items your event might call for.

The state-of-the-art complex houses four versatile event spaces including the First National Bank of Omaha Building, the Thomas M. McKee 4-H, Youth & Community Building, MAC Equipment, Inc. Indoor Arena and Pavilions, the Budweiser Events Center and outdoor spaces perfect for concerts, festivals, car shows, competitions and more.

The First National Bank of Omaha Building has a combined 38,000 square feet of multi-purpose space that can be subdivided into 19,000, 12,000 and 7,000 sq. foot layouts. Each hall can accommodate 85 10x10 booths and has been the perfect spot for trade shows, banquets and conferences. Also, inside you will find the Larimer County Conference Center along with over 1,700 square feet of meeting rooms all equipped with high-definition television screens and WiFi. These rooms have everything you need for a weekday meeting that gets you out of the city for a change of scenery.

The MAC Equipment, Inc. Indoor Arena and Livestock Pavilion have over 159,000 square feet under one roof that can be used for one event or divided for multiple events and able to seat 1,200 people. A total of 350 10x10 portable rubber matted stalls can be set in the pavilions. The Longhorn and Round Up Outdoor Arenas are located adjacent to the main arena along with 57 RV spots with electrical hookups.

Inside the McKee 4-H Exhibition hall you will find 12,500 square feet of event space that can be subdivided into 7,500, 3,000 and 2,000 square foot dimensions. Adjacent to the halls are six meeting rooms that can be configured to accommodate your needs.

It’s in these three buildings that The Ranch Events Complex and Larimer County have been able to give back to the local community by housing animals during recent fires and providing resources and space needed throughout the pandemic.

Also on site is the Budweiser Events Center managed by Spectra Venue Management. This 7,200 seat multi-purpose venue is home to the Colorado Eagles of the AHL and sees some of the best bands, comedians, family and theater shows that come through Loveland each year. The Blue Bar and Grill located on the 4th floor is a desired location for a variety of events and entertaining is made easy in a luxury suite or the Bud Light Balcony during a game.

The Outdoor Space is where the Ranch truly comes to life as you are surrounded by gorgeous views. The courtyard and grassy areas are ideal for outdoor concerts, festivals, private parties, summer picnics and car shows. With plenty of free parking available year-round, it’s easy to come out and enjoy events like the Larimer County Fair, which is one of the Ranch’s self-promoted events!

Planning a multi-day event is a breeze thanks to a number of preferred hotel partners which are a short drive into downtown Loveland, or The Embassy Suites Loveland Hotel, Conference Center and Spa located within walking distance across the parking lot of the Ranch Complex. Onsite, your guests will enjoy the award-winning food provided by Spectra Food Services & Hospitality which is the exclusive food and beverage provider at the Ranch Events Complex. The Spectra team brings catering to the next level working with you on customized menus all while providing impeccable service.

After a long day meeting, there’s no shortage of things to do around Loveland. Guests can venture into beautiful downtown Loveland which is just five miles away and visit all the “Sweetheart City” has to offer such as the Foundry, the Benson Sculpture Garden, the shops at Centerra or a hike at Devil’s Backbone. The vibrant town of Fort Collins is a short 15-minute ride and of course beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park is a must-see destination and always worth the trip.

Nearly two decades of success has spurred more development. The Ranch is amidst a $240 million dollar Master Plan which could include a substantial increase in available rental space, including 60,000 square feet of continuous space and a new full-service on-site 300 room hotel which is under financial review and looks very promising for a decision later this year. A much-needed equine and livestock expansion has also begun which includes an expanded warm up arena, new outdoor rings, and a new youth and community indoor arena as well as RV connections and improved parking and traffic flow.
