Concordia University stands ready to host up to 1000 guests in 30 rooms. Up to 220 can be seated at a time in a theatre-style hall, while smaller groups of up to 40 can break off for more personal study. Larger venue facilities can accommodate concerts, sports events, and full gymnasium as well. During the summer months, the campus can welcome 275 overnight guests. Nearby hotels can provide lodgings all year long. Technology includes wifi hotspots located all over the campus. Of course, Concordia has state-of-the-arts AV presentation technologies. Just let your event coordinator know what you'll be needing and they'll be sure to have the necessary gear set up and waiting for you.
Dining is provided by Sodexo, a world-wide facilitator of quality food service. From coffee service and snacks to full fine dining with white glove service, and everywhere in between, you'll find them quite capable of providing everything from casual to gourmet.
