Edman Chapel Auditorium - Named for the college's fourth president, Edman Chapel is the perfect venue for large concerts, plenary sessions, community events, and worship services. This large auditorium seats 2300 people.

Fireside Room The Fireside Room is located across from our campus coffee shop, Sam's Café, and below our campus cafeteria in the Beamer Center. Fireside Room is a quiet, relaxing space with primarily lounge furniture and a built in fireplace. This space can comfortably fit 35 people with lounge furniture seating.

Hannay Conference Room This small conference room is located on the lower level of the Beamer Student Center. It is a great space for board meetings and breakout sessions.

Classroom Sample All campus classrooms are equiped with smart-desk technology for presentations. This includes a computer, laptop connections and speakers.

Game Room Located in the heart of our Beamer student center and across from our campus coffee shop, the Game Room offers ping pong, pool, shuffle board, chess, and a TV lounge for viewing sporting events.

Dance Studio Located in the Chrouser Recreation Complex, our secluded dance studio is equipped with floor to ceiling mirrors and a sound system making it the perfect place for dance practice or group fitness classes. 

Edman Rehearsal Room This rehearsal room is a recent addition and serves many purposes. It can be used for rehearsals, breakout lectures, meals, or as a staging area for large events in the Edman Chapel auditorium.

Harbor House Board Room Located on the first floor of our Harbor House, this excecutive, wood paneled meeting room is often used to host meetings and formal presentations. Outfitted with a 90 inch flat screen TV, SmartDesk technology, and both video and conference calling capapbilites, this board room has it all.

Harbor House Dining Room This traditional, family style dining room seats 10 people. It's a lovely gathering place for meals and casual conversation.

Harbor Hall Living Room The Harbor House serves as Wheaton College's executive retreat center and guest house. The living room is both a versatile and cozy space. It can used for meals, meetings, and presentations.

Harbor House Sun Room This bright, open space is a delightful place to gather for informal conversations or brainstorming sessions. With its western exposure, it is sunny and warm even on the chilliest of days.

Pfund Practice Gym This full sized basketball court secluded in the south eastern corner of the Chrouser Sports Complex is ideal for intensive athletic training. 

Barrows Auditorium Auditorium - The 450 seat Barrows Auditorium is located in the east wing of the Billy Graham Center, and is a popular venue for conferences, recitals, lectures, and other events.

Pierce Chapel Auditorium - Located on the west side of campus, Pierce Chapel is a wonderful venue for recitals, concerts, and lectures. Once the primary chapel on campus, the building features some of the original furnishings and architecture. This space works best in the fall, winter and spring as it does not have air conditioning. 

South Party Room Banquet - The South Party Room is adjacent to the main dining facility in the Beamer Center. With large windows on two sides of the room it is a bright room perfect for meals and other mid-size gatherings.

Buyse Lecture Hall Lecture Hall - The Buyse Lecture Hall is a large classroom in the recently completed Meyer Science Center. The lecture hall seats more than 140 people and is a great venue for presentations, large breakout groups, and lectures.

Blanchard Lecture Hall, 339 Lecture Hall - As one of the larger classrooms on campus, this room is perfect for lectures and presentations.This classroom is located in the historic Blanchard Hall in the center of campus. 

Armerding Recital Hall Lecture Hall - This brand new space in the Armerding Center for Music and the Arts is a popular choice for recitals, musical performances, and lectures. 

Parmelee Conference Room Meeting Room - Located on the lower level of the Beamer Center, the Parmalee Room is the perfect spot for board meetings, brainstorming sessions, or breakout groups.

Armderding Room 252 Meeting Room - Located in the newly renovated the Armerding Center for Music and the Arts, this classroom seats approximately 20 people. It is a great choice for breakout sessions and committee meetings.

Coray Auditorium Multipurpose Room - From black-tie events to rock concerts, we have done it all in Coray Auditorium! Located just down the hall from our campus cafeteriain the Beamer Center, this extremely versatile space comes with a built in stage, two high definition projector screens, ceiling speakers, smart-desk equipment and more. This space can hold 700 guests theater styled, or 500 banquet seating. For expo setups, please contact Wheaton College, Conference Services directly. 

Edman East Wing Multipurpose Room - With a seating capacity of 150 people the East Wing of Edman Chapel provides an intimate and formal space for recitals, banquets, and lectures.  

Phelps Multipurpose Room - The Phelps Room is located on the lower level of the Beamer Center. It is an all-purpose space which can be used for meals, receptions, and breakout sessions.

Wilson Suite Multipurpose Room - Located in the Billy Graham Center, the Wilson Suite is a frequent choice for breakout sessions, banquets, and lectures. It is also a verstile space with a flexible divider which can be used to divide the larger room into two smaller spaces.

North Party Room Multipurpose Room - The North Party Room is located in the Beamer Center down the hall from the main campus dining facility. Small banquets or conference meetings are often held in this room. The flexible divider makes this a versatile space which can be divided into two smaller rooms.

King Arena Recreational - The 2,650-seat King Arena, located in Chrouser Recreation Complex, is equipped with four scoreboards, a sound system, eight basketball hoops, and ethernet connections at the scorer's table. It has seating on all four sides, and one side features chair-backed seats. This space also works well as a concert venue. Please contact the Conference Services department at Wheaton College for details on transforming the room to a concert hall. 

Eckert Gymnasium Recreational - With two full sized basketball courts, this gymnasium is the prime for recreational space, banquets, or athletic competitions. Eckert gymnasium is located in our Chrouser Recreation Complex. 

Stupe Social - The STUPE is a popular spot for casual meals and social gatherings. The relaxed atmosphere is perfect for hanging out and connecting with others. The STUPE is located in the lower level of the Todd Beamer Student Center.

Bookstore We have found that many groups like to suggest books to their attendees that will give them a deeper understanding of the subject matter presented at the conference. Our bookstore can help you create a customized book selection for your conference, available for you in the campus store, or at a book table outside your meeting space. In addition, the bookstore has many great Wheaton College gift items!

Printing Many of our clients print their materials and ship them to Wheaton at an extra expense. Wheaton College's Copy Center provides professional services at a cost that is more reasonable than outside providers. Whatever your needs—booklets, lanyards, signage—just send us your order and we will have your materials ready for you upon your arrival.

Media Wheaton College's Academic & Media Technology department assists our clients with all their media-related needs. Academic & Media Technology provides our clients with a liaison who is their main point of contact for all media needs. This liaison meets with our client to discuss their needs several weeks before the event, ensuring that the desired impact is obtained.

The Marion E. Wade Center The Marion E. Wade Center is a major research collection of materials by and about seven British authors: Owen Barfield, G.K. Chesterton, C.S. Lewis, George MacDonald, Dorothy L. Sayers, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Charles Williams.

Cantigny Park Cantigny Park is a 500 acre park that has two museums (Robert R. McCormick Museum and First Division Museum), a 27 hole golf course, hiking paths, restaurants and a gift shop.

Morton Arboretum The Morton Arboretum, in Lisle, Illinois, covers 1,700 acres and is made up of gardens of various plant types and collections of trees from specific taxonomical and geographical areas. It includes native woodlands and a restored Illinois prairie. Wikipedia
