About
About Verizon Executive Education Center at Cornell Tech
The Verizon Executive Education Center at Cornell Tech redefines the landscape of executive event and conference space in New York City. This airy, modern, full-service venue offers convenience and ample space—with breathtaking views—for academic conferences, executive programs, seminars, workshops and more.
The first floor of the venue features a large event space that will comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests, making it the ideal setting for banquet dinners, cocktail receptions, conferences, and lectures. The space will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology such as a speaker system and multiple projectors and screens for all your event’s audio-visual needs. The entrance lobby doubles as a pre-function space that can be utilized for registration or smaller scale receptions on the premises.
The venue’s second and third floors each contain a gallery, an open lounge space with casual seating and tables. Galleries are flexible and can be used for pre-function activities or as a space for breaks, meals, and receptions. Each floor also contains classrooms with a 74-guest maximum occupancy, two large meeting rooms, and six smaller meeting rooms. These rooms function well as breakout spaces and for executive education courses.

Cornell Tech is putting on hold all events in accordance with the recommendations from the Governor of New York, the NYC Mayor and Cornell University leadership to preserve the health and safety of all guests and the campus community during the current COVID-19 crisis. We look forward to welcoming you to the Cornell Tech campus as soon as it is safe to do so. In the meantime please feel free to reach out to the Event Team to discuss possible events for late Spring 2021 and beyond. We would be happy to assist you with your planning and providing answers regarding spaces and options for when we are able to resume in person events. We would love to hear from you!
