  • This is the fifth year we have used the University of St. Thomas Minneapolis Campus’ conference space. We have truly enjoyed this state of the art venue. Having the technology integrated into each room creates a very professional experience for our presenters, attendees and staff. Not only does UST rank high in these regards, but it is also a very affordable option for our nonprofit organization. We truly appreciate the dedication of the staff to all of the event details which ensure a successful event for everyone involved.
Amanda Sullivan, MNM, CFA Society of Minnesota

  • Your facility was a  great location to host our conference in 2017 and we have received lots of positive feedback from the attendees about UST. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome!
    Missy Vande Kieft
International Conference on Forensic Inference & Statistics

  • I am the organizer of Midwest JS (JavaScript focused technology conference) and we selected the University of St Thomas as the venue for our event. We had such a great experience that we have decided to host Midwest JS at the same location the last 5 years. The facilities, staff and catering were excellent and we especially enjoyed working with the Minneapolis team. They were very supportive and catered to our specific needs for the event. Midwest JS was an incredible success for a first year conference and a large part of this success was caused by selecting the right venue. I highly recommend the University of St Thomas Minneapolis campus for your conference or event. It was a great experience for us with Midwest JS and we are looking forward to future years!
    Bobby Warner, Midwest JS Organizer

  • I’ve used St. Thomas facilities for two different conferences and it was awesome in both instances. The facilities and staff were both superb. Marti King and her staff do everything they can to ensure the success of your event. Both events were able to be live streamed and the Internet access didn’t have any problems. Tech conferences place high demand on networks, so you can rest assured you won’t have any issues. Speakers at both events were proud to be able to speak in such a luxurious facility. I give St. Thomas Minneapolis my highest recommendation for event space. If you’re holding an event in downtown Minneapolis, you should definitely check them out!
Kiko Doran, Former WorldCampMpls Lead Organizer

  • "I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how pleased I was with the facilities, food and everything your department offers your guests. You did a superb job – thank you!"
