The University of Colorado in Colorado Springs is located on a gorgeous 500-acre campus that is near the foot of the Rocky Mountains. Surrounded by Colorado Springs’ stunning natural landscapes, the venue provides the perfect scenery and ambiance for your meeting or social event.

UCCS contains flexible meeting spaces up to 27,000 square feet, ensuring that you can find the perfect match for your event be it a wedding, corporate retreat, or business meeting. University Center houses the Event Services office, where specialists can assist in logistical planning and registration for your event. The 16,500 square foot space also holds 10 meeting rooms and a ballroom for social events.

The venue welcomes groups of all sizes and is equipped to serve anywhere from 5 to 1,500 people at a time. Berger Hall, located at the University Center, is an 8,132 square foot ballroom that is the largest on campus and fit to host large, luxurious social gatherings, banquets and receptions. The venue is also equipped with state-of-the-art audio technology and has flexible room setups that allow it to fit a variety of functions.

Individuals planning meetings will be happy to find that UCCS provides some of the finest meeting rooms and campus accommodations in the region, as Cucharas Meeting Rooms offer five meeting spaces that are with wireless Internet and state of the art audio/visual equipment. Other meeting spaces ideal for corporate meetings and smaller events can be found at the University Center along with a tech team dedicated to assist should you require help with setup.

No venue would be complete without great access to dining services, and UCCS houses a dedicated culinary team that is determined to make sure that food service for your event is top-notch with a wide variety of dishes for both small and large groups.

Gallogly Events Center - Gymnasium
The Gallogly Events Center was formally dedicated in 2010. In addition to being home to the NCAA Division II and Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference-member UCCS Mountain Lions, the Gallogly Events Center serves as a multi-purpose venue for all-campus events. The 1,200-seat center features high-tech sound, lighting and high-speed data capability. The events center was named in honor of Tommy Gallogly who earned degrees from UCCS in 1970 and 1973.

Kettle Creek, a newly built meeting space, located on the North end of main campus. Located right next to the Roaring Fork, our largest dining facility, and Alpine Garage. Now, we don't take reservations at Clyde's-that just wouldn't be us-but we do welcome groups with open arms. So if you're fleet-footed, famished, and lucky enough to catch us at a good time, who knows? A party might break out!

Clyde's. It's a warm, relaxing place to spend quality time with quality friends. But, hey, if you can't drop by during the evening, ask about our catered breakfasts. They make greeting the day a whole lot nicer.

Summit Village
Closest to the dining hall and the rest of campus and offers the greatest conveniences for summer conferences. Within the suites there is a combination of single and double bedrooms with extra long twin beds and a maximum of four people per suite. We also have a small amount of single private suites. All of our floor plans offer either private bathrooms or baths shared by suite-mates only.
