  • "[Conference & Event Services] are very knowledgeable about the campus and have the infrastructure to provide the largest selection of services. They are a modern organization with an excellent grasp of Internet services. Their experience with many types of organizations gives them insight into enhancing a symposium. They provide the best service at the best possible price."
Harry Dwyer, Aeronautical Engineering The Fifth Symposium on Overset Grids

  • "Conference & Event Services has been essential in organizing our successful employee events. They coordinate every detail-from the facility to the caterer to the parking-and they offer excellent suggestions based on their experiences. It is truly one of the most valuable and service-oriented event planning organizations in our area."
    Andrea Jekabson, Sutter Davis Hospital

  • "We prefer to hold our international meetings at Davis because it is a pleasant and beautiful alternative to hotel or conference centers. The community of scholars on campus also provides participants with the chance to collaborate with colleagues who are not attending the meeting. In addition, Conference & Event Services can organize everything from start to finish. It all makes such a nice package."
Sharon Anglin Manager, Center for Companion Animal Health School of Veterinary Medicine UC Davis

  • "With only a short time remaining until our high-visibility conference, we had no venue and no plans set. We really needed a 'one-stop shop' for planning, coordinating, and managing our conference. Our coordinator had the knowledge, experience, skills, personality, and insights that led to a productive and positive conference. It drew compliments from nearly all participants. We definitely will contact [UC Davis] for future conferences."
John Harvey, Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering Research Center
