  • We hold our cadet class graduation ceremonies at the UTSA 1604 campus at least four times a year. The University Center Events personnel are very courteous, accommodating, and helpful in assisting us with room availability and information technology (IT) support. I look forward to dealing with them on our future endeavors.

  • Hammer Strength weight equipment could not have picked a better venue for our 2nd annual Strength and Conditioning Clinic than that of UTSA. From their state of the art facility, to their cutting edge technology in audio visual, no venue could have provided what UTSA did. In addition, their professional staff was with every step of the way insuring that our clinic ran smoothly with no issues. Our clients could not have been more impressed with our clinic. Thanks UTSA!

  • I recommend UTSA Event Services to any organization planning a meeting in the San Antonio area. The UTSA staff is easy to work with and arranges for event planning assistance, setup of chairs/tables, A/V equipment, custom maps/directions and convenient parking. UTSA provides a comfortable, professional and secure environment for your event at a very reasonable cost.

  • I just wanted to let you know how great it was to be able to have the Holmes High School Senior Prom at the UTSA University Center ballroom. However perfect the layout of the ballroom was, it absolutely cannot compare with the helpful attitudes of every, and I do mean every, staff member that worked with us. When we asked [for assistance] we received courteous, instantaneous service. There are really no words to adequately describe how terrific everyone was to us. All of the students had a great time and all of my administrators want to continue to have our prom there. Hopefully, we have started a new Holmes tradition.
