Bridal Suite This suite is located off the foyer of the grand ballroom. With two large bathrooms, lounge area and table for accessories, our bridal suite is perfect for anyone’s special day. Broad, Park & Americas Our Business Conference Center is a state-of-the-art space that seats up to 400 people, theater-style. It can also be divided into three smaller spaces of about 80 people each, theater-style. There are three additional break out rooms, all with full AV support and equipment rentals.

Broad - Park or Park - Americas Two of these rooms combined is perfect for smaller conferences, the room comes with two drop down screen for projectors for presentations. Perfect for your conferences, meetings, quilting retreats, birthday parties, sports banquets, award ceremonies, etc.

Rooms are located off lodge, convenient to have out of town guests stay in same place as conference also makes for retreats. Breakout Rooms Located on the lower level of the Conference Center, these breakout rooms provide additional space for smaller group activities or meetings. These rooms also provide access to the back Courtyard and patio behind the Conference Center.

THE SPRUCE TREE at The Lodge Tucked away behind The Lodge, the Spruce Tree is the outdoor event spaces for a truly private feel. Surround by a natural barrier of nature, the Spruce Tree location is sure to impress your guests. 

The Fireplace Room With a capacity of 150, the Fireplace Room is a great location for smaller events. Its intimate space is centered around a stone fireplace, while floor-to-ceiling windows overlook illuminated pine trees. A wrap-around deck is designed for outdoor cocktail parties. The Fireplace Room is the perfect location for smaller, “boutique” style weddings and events.

The Pines Lounge Located off The Fireplace Room, this “lounge” features tables and couch seating for a small group or party. A wall mounted TV and surround sound audio system brings watching a movie, presentation or sporting event to the next level.

The Deck Located off The Fireplace Room, The Deck boasts beautiful views overlooking our signature Pines course.

The Common Room The Common Room can accommodate small groups of up to 80 seated banquet-style. The Common Room features a small bar area, large fireplace and flat screen TV, along with a beautiful patio and newly designed “fairway lawn,” overlooking The Pines course, perfect for cocktails or barbecues. The fairway lawn can host tented events capable of seating up to 250 banquet-style.

Sales Conference Room The Sales Conference room is located in the main clubhouse, or Fireplace Room building, and accommodates a boardroom-type meeting for as many as 10 persons.

Grand Ballroom Patio The Grand Ballroom Patio is a newly renovated outdoor event space located off the back of our largest venue the Grand Ballroom. This space truly brings together beauty and function as it has access to all the amenities of the ballroom with the best views of our signature course The Pines. 

Fairway Lawn The Fairway Lawn is located off the back deck of Common Room at our Lodge. The large flat low cut fairway grass allows for a premium space to enjoy dinner, play games or just hang out. 

Pines #10 Our signature wedding ceremony, The Pines #10 boasts invigorating views of our signature Pines Course while capturing a premium view of the sunset. This spot is perfect for wedding ceremonies and small tented events. 

The Grand Ballroom The property’s largest facility, it seats up to 400 and overlooks the ninth and 18th greens of our world-renowned The Pines golf course. The outdoor space at this venue has plenty of room for barbecues, tented events and golf entertainment.
