This beautiful auditorium with ceiling to floor windows that surround the space offers an abundance of natural light. The auditorium provides a classroom set up, tiered seating in three sections allowing the convenience of attendees being able to arrive or depart without disrupting the entire row of seating . Each seat is well equiped with a pull up desk top , electical plug , and beverage  holder.  State of the art audio visual equipment is built into the auditorium to include sound amplification, computer projection, DVD and audio-recording capability.  Our on-site technician is also at your service  and can assist you with any equipment needs.

The meeting room Percy Widman is synonymous to its name sake Dr. Percy Widman a very distinguished, prestigious former President of The Massachusetts Medical Society . Two walls of windows allow natural light to stream into this well-designed, flexible meeting room for groups of up to 60 people set for classroom style lectures. It is an ideal meeting space for medium-sized groups, with ergonomic chairs and many built-in audiovisual features for ease of facilitation and training. Our on-site technician can help with any equipment needs.

The Berkshire Room is 1,426 square feet and offers the ability to have a flexible floor plan. This meeting room has an airwall within which allows for the room to divide into two if requested. This room most recently has been transformed to highlight the soothing earth tones to compliment the ergonomic seating and furnishings and as with all our meeting rooms this room too has an abundance of natural light. The Berkshire Room is equipped with built-in Audio Visual, LCD projector, smart podium, retractable screen , wireless high speed internet , individual climate control and our on-site technician can assist with any equipment needs.

The Charles River Conference room is ideal for smaller meetings and private meals. Across from a wall of ceiling to floor windows offering an abundance of natural light, this room features magnificent photos of the most prominent urban river within New England - Boston’s own Charles River .
