Situated in the southwestern corner of New York state in an expansive region of natural beauty known as the Southern Tier, St. Bonaventure benefits from a location that is ideal for a residential college.

The campus is nestled between the city of Olean on the east and the village of Allegany on the west, so you're just minutes from some of the best restaurants in the region and stores to fill every need, from the familiar big-box centers to small specialty shops.

And if you're looking for fun in the great outdoors, whether it's hiking, biking, skiing, canoeing, or just enjoying one of the most spectacular fall foliage color shows you'll ever see, our outdoor playground, known as the Enchanted Mountains, offers something for everyone.

Cattaraugus County
Home to Allegany State Park (the largest state park in New York), Ellicottville ("The Aspen of the East"), The Amish Trail, Rock City Park, Griffis Sculpture Park, Sprague's Maple Farms, and the Seneca Nation of Indians and its Seneca-Allegany Casino, there's something for everyone in Catt County.

Visit The Enchanted Mountains, the official website for tourism and visitor information.

Enjoy the beauty of our local trees by walking the Allegheny River Valley Trail, which has a loop on our own campus.

The Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts opened its doors January 1995 to consolidate the artistic activities of the campus, while creating a regional outlet for culture and expression for Western New York.
Quick Center for the ArtsSince that time, the programs offered by The Quick Center have grown exponentially, offering a rich cache of resources for academic instruction in the visual and performing arts while also serving as a cultural hub for regional collaboration and thought.

The Quick Center offers a number of resources for the education and entertainment of its varied audiences. The center is comprised of the 321-seat Rigas Family Theater, the F. Donald Kenney Museum & Art Study Wing, art storage areas, and instructional spaces for the visual and performing arts. Included among these instructional areas are a MIDI (musical instrument digital interface) laboratory, instrumental and vocal rehearsal rooms, an art history/slide projection classroom, and a practice room suites.

The Quick Center dedicated the F. Donald Kenney Museum and Art Study Wing on St. Patrick's Day 2000. With this opening came two new galleries, creating a total of four exhibit halls; a prints and drawings/study room and support spaces. Made possible through the generous contribution of the late F. Donald Kenney, a University trustee and arts patron, the new museum and study wing joins the center to create a first-rate facility for the education and entertainment of student and regional audiences.

In September of 2003, the University's encyclopedic art collection was installed on an ongoing basis in the galleries of the Quick Center. These stunning and important works are now available for the University and regional communities to view each and every time they visit the Quick Center.

The Quick Center Museum is free of charge and open to the public. Please stop by if you are in the area.
