Chardin Hall is located on the south side of campus adjacent to Campion hall. It could accomondate up to four-person in the two double rooms adjoined by a private bathroom. Residents have access to a multimedia education center complete with computer lab, study lounge, and private study rooms. Each floor has student lounges and full kitchens. Cable TV and a micro-fridge are also provided in each room.

Conference guest meals are served in the Cherry Street Market, a food court located on the second floor of the Student Center. The spacious dining area has large windows with views of Mount Rainier. Guests may choose from a selection of healthy, nutritional and freshly prepared menu items, prepared at various stations. Vegetarian entrees are available at each meal. Other dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.

Signature Service (upgrade) includes: Hotel-quality bedspread, iron & ironing board, desk lamp, hair dryer, rotating fan, and Keurig K-Cup coffee maker with coffee or tea-making supplies. Fee of $25.00 per person, per week.
You’re not alone when you’re planning your meeting, event or conference! As a certified One-Stop Shop by the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors—International (ACCED-I), Conference and Event Services (CES) will coordinate all the services on campus (and some off campus vendors as well!) to ensure that the logistics for your program meld smoothly for you. You can ask CES for information on any of these areas and we will help you to know what information you need to provide so that all service providers help you create your successful event.

Seattle University offers state-of-the-art technology in its classrooms and facilities. Most classrooms and event spaces are technologically ready; others can have equipment delivered upon request. At no charge, technicians meet with customers to ensure that everything is event-ready and to answer any questions presenters may have. For an hourly fee, a technician may be scheduled during the entire event. Equipment available includes: Data projector (to connect to a laptop and project onto a screen, such as when PowerPoint is used) PA systems, including wireless microphones and portable systems Computers with DVD and CD playing capability Screens Overhead projectors Document Cameras Slide Projectors If you wish something not on this list, please ask! If Seattle University cannot provide it from our own stores, then we can rent it on your behalf. In that case, any charges are passed along to you without markup.
