South San Francisco Conference Center is an award-winning, full service conference and convention venue with a professional staff and flexible facilities that provide full support for all conference needs with on-site catering and Audio Visual company and excel in state-of-the-art telecommunications.

Celebrating 25 years of continued excellence in meetings/events industry. Our facility offers a top-quality conference venue with highly competitive meeting rates and services that are designed exclusively to host meetings and events. The 20,500 sq. ft. of unobstructed, flexible space has a total of 13 meeting rooms, all of which are located on the same floor with our service cooridor for vendors and deliveries offering easy access to all meeting rooms.    

Recognized as an environmental leader, the South San Francisco Conference Center is certified GOLD  under LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design), joining an elite group of buildings in California and recognized for outstanding sustainability performance and operational excellence. 

As part of our committmentment to improve our environment:
  • We provide complimentary Monday-Friday shuttle for meeting attendees to utilize; Servicing BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit), Cal Train and the Bay Ferry. 
  • Conference Center Catering, our exclusive caterer, practices food composting, recycling corks and is an award winning cater recognized for using local, fresh and sustainable products.

The South San Francisco Conference Center rents space on a “per session” basis (time blocks). The first session is from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM while the second session runs from 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM.

Grand Ballroom The Grand Ballroom is 13,500 square feet and can be devided into as many as 10 seperate meeting rooms.  This flexible space, offers different configurations to meet the client needs.  The space offers 13" ceilings and pre-function space surrounding the room.  Each room can be individually programed for lighting setting as well as temperature control.
