- Overview
The SMC Campus Center houses space for a wide range of activities to compliment the University's academic mission. Our space can be utilized for many different occasions ranging from retreats, conferences, receptions and formal dinners among a variety of other events.
Serving as the main department for all SMC Campus Center conference, meeting and special event spaces, we facilitate and coordinate all reservations, scheduling, event set-up and audio visual needs in a welcoming and professional environment. Excellence will be achieved through proactive customer solutions, open communication, accountability and fiscal responsibility.

•Events will not be scheduled to begin before or to run longer than the hours listed on the website. This includes any time you may need for set-up, registration, clean-up, etc.

•Room reservations must be made by completing the form.
•You will have access to the room(s) you reserve at the time your reservation begins and will need to wrap up in time for the end of your reservation. Please be sure to factor in additional time in your reservation for set up and clean up. This includes any time you may need to organize materials, load presentations, register your attendees, pack up displays, etc.
•For student groups requesting a table on the 1st floor please email eventservices@umaryland.edu

The CulinArt Café offers a wide variety of freshly prepared foods cooked to order by our talented culinary team. We have various stations such as: Build Your Own Salad Bar, Souper Soups, Chef's Table, Pratt Street Grille, Lombard Street Deli, and Flat Bread Pizza. We pair with Local Farm Co-ops to creatively incorporate fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. CulinArt also includes healthy food programs such as Eat Well, 500 Calorie or Less, Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten Free.
