Historic Rosemont Manor, built in 1811, was once a respite for U.S. Presidents and the Washington DC elite. This historic estate is located only 45-minutes west of Washington-Dulles Airport in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, in Berryville, Virginia. After 200 years as a private residence, Rosemont is now open to the public for corporate events, group retreats, and private meetings, as well as weddings and other special events.

Located on a 60-acre park-like setting, Rosemont is the previous estate of the late Virginia Governor and U.S. Senator Harry Flood Byrd, Sr. The Main Manor House at Rosemont boasts eleven well-appointed suites and guest rooms with magnificent views, private bathrooms (with original claw foot tubs, soaking tubs, or showers), and wireless internet access. On the main level, the Rosemont Dining Room, Parlor, Sunroom, and Grand Portico offer additional options for meeting space, meals, and socializing.

The Carriage House, adjacent to the Main Manor, is ideal for larger meeting space, formal dinners, dancing, team building, and receptions.

Other spaces on the Rosemont estate property include the Studio (with a fully furnished conference room and adjoining kitchen and bathroom), the Garden Terrace which provides beautiful outdoor space, and four guest cottages to provide additional overnight lodging.
