Art, style, and luxury come together in this expansive and contemporary two-story, 5,000 sq. ft. penthouse at the top of an ultra-modern downtown high-rise with jaw-dropping Strip views from every room. This stunning property features natural lighting with automated room darkening shades, interior walls decorated with a diverse array of artwork and adorned with hand-painted murals, including a gorgeous mural painted across the living room ceiling.

Our open space concept is perfect for additional seating and dining options for up to 50. The venue is bright, airy, and features white Italian tile on the first floor. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with Caesar Stone countertops, large service island, Bosch appliances and an exotic backsplash made from imported marble slabs in the kitchen. The living room has a 60” plasma television with a 144-inch motorized movie screen that retracts from the ceiling and features a BOSE V35 surround-sound system.

Entertain your guests in our custom-designed 1800 square foot outdoor Rooftop Terrace that easily accommodates 80 people and includes a full kitchen, u-shaped professional bar with retractable roof, sunshade, electric heating units, LED Club lighting, built-in barbecue, perimeter seating, Jacuzzi, and so much more!
