Located in the heart of Portland’s cultural district, the Portland Art Museum is the preferred venue for many of Portland’s most prestigious social gatherings. Kridel Grand Ballroom
The Kridel Grand Ballroom is the largest event space at the Museum. The room can accommodate up to 560 guests at 60" banquet rounds (10 guests/table). If desired, the room can include a 20'x24' dance surface. The full-size stage lends itself to live entertainment or performances of many kinds, and our extensive lighting truss can support audio/visual elements of an astonishing variety.

The Fred & Suzanne Fields Ballroom
The Fred & Suzanne Fields Ballroom (4,500 square feet) features the strongest "Museum character" of any of our event spaces, including soaring Roman columns, statuary, and frieze panels. There's a substantial mezzanine level that can be incorporated as additional function space or just a quiet level to step away from the main event. The Sunken Ballroom can accommodate up to 220 guests at 60" banquet rounds (10 guests/table) with a dance surface of 16'x20' (if desired).

Gordon D. Sondland & Katherine J. Durant Trustee Room
A penthouse view of the adjacent park, and Art Deco details highlight this wonderfully formal conference room. With its plush boardroom-style furnishings, and state of the art audio visual features, our Trustee Room is the ultimate destination for those seeking to make that important first impression at either a business meeting or an intimate meal.

Marion Miller Gallery

The Marion Miller Gallery is a wonderfully versatile event space located just off the main lobby of the Mark Building. It's clean, contemporary lines are in sharp contrast to our other spaces, but works beautifully for smaller business lunches, seminars, and intimate receptions for up to 200 guests.

PAM-AV is the exclusive audio/visual vendor at the Museum. The Museum offers a range of audio/visual services that can be tailored to the specific requirements of the occasion. In addition to our extensive audio/visual services, the Museum also offers Internet connectivity, fire in the urns at the entrance of the Mark Building, fly-points in the Kridel Ballroom, extra power and many other features. Permittee may only engage PAM-AV to provide audio/visual services at the Museum. Permittee may not bring in outside audio/visual vendors.
