Mount Holyoke College located less than 20 minutes from Springfield, MA offers a dramatic backdrop and idyllic setting for your next event. The western Massachusetts campus has been rated one of the most beautiful by the Princeton Review. The facilities are rich in character yet house 21st century living accommodations and technology.
Mount Holyoke College’s flexible meeting space exudes a feeling of warmth with a fireplace in the living room and its large wall of windows overlooking the beautiful Massachusetts courtyard and waterfall. Each meeting room has its own style taking you away from the "typical" meeting room. There is ample free parking, full media services, and delicious catering to complement your next Mount Holyoke College conference, meeting, or social event.
The Willits-Hallowell Conference Center & Hotel has 8,000 square feet of meeting space and 20 hotel rooms. From June-August the Conference Office operation expands with over 1,000 beds in the residence halls, 45 classrooms, several auditoriums seating as many as 1,000, athletic fields, and computer labs. We host Springfield, MA area co-ed residential and day programs of all sizes, focuses, and age ranges.
Mount Holyoke College is conveniently located at the "crossroads of New England", 10 minutes to both the Mass Turnpike and Interstate 91. The campus location makes it ideal for guests coming from throughout the New England region by car. If traveling by plane, Bradley International Airport is just a 40 minute ride.

A brand new state of the art lakeside dining commons opened in 2018. There is 34,000 square feet of dining space, capable of seating 1,000 in private and open areas. This dining room allows for more creativity and menu options for our clients during the summer months. The Community Center was awarded a Green Restaurant Certification™ in the spring of 2019. This certification requires passing marks for sustainability, composting, recycling, and energy and water conservation.
