Located 20 miles north of Boston, and situated on the Atlantic coast, Endicott College is the perfect venue for your next event! Our premier location offers various facilities, including numerous meeting rooms, auditoriums, residential buildings, exceptional athletic facilities and three beaches.

Endicott College’s oceanfront event venues are ideal for holiday parties, personal celebrations and weddings. Our unique residence halls feature suites, historic mansions, estate homes, townhouses and apartments, all with panoramic views and unique architecture, some even come with ocean views!

Endicott College is located four miles from historic Salem, twelve miles from Gloucester, the home of America's original seaport, and only twenty-five miles from downtown Boston!

The newest dorm on Endicott's campus!

Dedicated to Peter Frates, who inspired the Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS research, this residence hall opened in 2016. Frates Hall the newest dorm building on campus, and boasts a total of 76 rooms with 262 beds. It is located directly across from Endicott & Mingo Beach, with easy access to all the campus has to offer. The rooms are traditional dorm style with common bathrooms on each floor. There is also a laundry room and common areas on each floor, and the entire building is air conditioned.

Marblehead is a 256 bed residence hall that opened in fall 2011. The four-story hall includes spacious lobbies and lounges, kitchenettes on each floor, study nooks, and a fitness room. Each room contains its own private bathroom. This Residence Hall also has A/C, laundry facilities and vending machines.

Newly opened in the Fall of 2007, this air-conditioned suite style living provides two double bedrooms located across from each other with a common area and full kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and multiple cabinet spaces. Both bedrooms share are large bathroom with a double sink in the suite.

Exterior

Wenham is a converted carriage house located on the ocean side of campus. The building was completed in the summer of 2009. This hall is air-conditioned and has beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Each room has it's own private bathroom and can either be a double or single room.

Hawthorne Hall is one of the newest buildings on campus, opening in the fall of 2008. Suite style living arrangements with full kitchens, large living room spaces, semi-private bathrooms, and spacious double rooms. Each common area has a TV. The rooms in Hawthorne are some of the largest on campus.

Hamilton Hall is a converted estate located on the ocean side of campus. The building is comprised of single & double rooms. This building boats a large common lounge on the first floor, two kitchens and spectacular ocean views.

Bayview was constructed in the summer of 2005. Room styles include singles and doubles with bathrooms. There are suites that hold two double rooms and share a bathroom. There are four lobbies in this building large enough for small groups. One has a small stage and pool table, the top floor has high ceilings, all are equipped with stove tops, sinks and microwaves.

Constructed in 2002. Located on the west side of campus at the top of the hill. Room styles include singles & doubles with private bathrooms and suites with one double and one single sharing a bathroom. Common areas are located on each of the three floors and provide a setting for studying, participating in group projects, socializing, watching TV, as well as playing billiards, foosball or table tennis. The common kitchen areas include stoves, microwaves, sinks and multiple cabinet spaces. Additionally the hall contains washing and drying machines as well as vending machines; all of which operate using the Endicott Gull Card.

The classrooms in the new Academic Center come equipped with an LCD projector, screen, rolling tables and desks, WiFi, and winked* walls. They are also air conditioned. Classrooms can fit on average 30 people. *Walls have been painted with white board paint.

Rose Performance Hall, located in the Walter J. Manninen Center of the Arts- capacity of 250 can accommodate music, theater, dance performances and lectures. This auditorium is air-conditioned, stocked with A/V capabilities and wireless internet.

Located in the Curtis L. Gerrish School of Business Building, this auditorium is fully A/V equipped and has wireless internet. It can seat 156 people and is air-conditioned. Each seat has it's own pull up desk. Perfect for company lectures and general sessions.

Located on main campus, this unique wooden post and beam Lodge is a perfect venue to host your social or corporate event. A/V capabilities are possible here and it is connected to wireless internet. This venue is available in January and June - August.

The Misselwood Estate has five rooms on the first floor that can be used together for a reception for 125 people or separately for private board meetings. Each room has panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. As well as A/V capabilities and wireless internet. We only book one event at a time on the Misselwood property therefore you would have the whole first floor to design your event or meeting accordingly.

Our oceanfront tent is air cooled and heated and can serve as an ideal meeting location, product launches or VIP receptions up to 300 people. We only book one event at a time at the Misselwood property therefore your guest will enjoy our beautiful landscape and ocean views privately.

There are four similar classrooms in the Library; 202, 204, 206 & 208. They sit anywhere from 25-35 people in each. All have a/v equipment and wireless internet. The Halle Library building is air-conditioned as well. These classrooms are great for breakout sessions when using the Little Theater.

These two rooms located in our Diane Halle Library are air conditioned. They are computer labs with 20 computer workstations, LCD Projector, built in desktop computer capable of playing DVD's. These rooms also have access to Wi-Fi. These rooms can hold up to about 20 people.

This class room located in the Post Center is also similar to rooms 211, 213 and 215. These rooms all have air conditioning control, as well as AV accessibility and Wi-Fi. These four classrooms can hold a range of 25 to 35 people.

Classrooms 128 & 130 are both in the science wing of our Life Science & Business building on campus. Each classroom has movable desk and chairs and the walls are winked*. These classrooms are also AV, Wi-Fi accessible. There are about 32 seats in each of these classrooms. *Walls have been painted with white board paint.

This board room seats about 14 people. The table is surrounded by leather chairs with plugs on the table. The room are Wi-Fi and AV accessable. It also has air conditioning and the walls are winked*. *Walls have been painted with white board paint.

Classrooms 155, 159, 161, 255, 257, 357, and 259 are very similar. These rooms are all located in the business wing of the LSB. The walls are winked* and consist of a two person desk. They also have air conditioning, Av accessibility and Wi-Fi. These classrooms can hold up to 35 people. *Walls have been painted with white board paint.

The Cyber Cafe is filled with seating from booths, to computer labs, to couches. Its located outside of the Little Theater in the Diane Halle Library, and has Wi-Fi connection.

The Salem Ferry, the Nathaniel Bowditch, is owned by the City of Salem and operated under contract by Boston Harbor Cruises. The Post Center on Endicott's campus offers a full fitness facility for adult groups (18+) to use during their time on our campus. 

Endicott's campus offers walking trails through the wooded areas around our campus. Trails are moderate and easily accessible from several points on campus. 

Misselwood Events offers meeting planners one contact, one contract and one bill. This streamlining of conferencing and events coordination is intended to more closely match the practices of convention facilities and finer hotels.

Description
Endicott College offers complimentary wireless access available in every building on campus, Audio-Visual Equipment, Laptops and Poly-Coms. The Cyber Cafe and Computer Labs also are available for use.
Technology

Every classroom & auditorium has a built in projector system with a computer. If you want to bring in your own laptop, no problem we have hookups for that too. For the spaces that don't have the built in system, we have portable screens & projectors.

If you are using our classrooms or auditoriums there is no need to bring in your own computer as they are all built in. But if you need to no problem we have hook ups for them as well. We also provide laptops for our portable systems.

All of our classrooms have white boards. In our new Life Science & Business building almost all of our classrooms are "winked." This means the front wall has been painted to be white board capable. For the spaces that don't have white boards we have flip charts and markers.

Not everyone can make your meeting or conference? No problem, we have poly-com conference phones that they can call into.

We have wireless microphones available for use as well as podiums. Some spaces like the Life Science & Business Auditorium & The Rose Performance Hall already have a podium and a built in sound system.

All of Endicott's Campus has access to wireless internet. Even the Misselwood Tent & House.
