For an inspired event, choose the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center! Our interactive science center immerses your guests in a unique experience within your event. More than 100 hands-on exhibits are featured in this venue, giving guests the opportunity to touch a tornado, play with pendulums and experiment with illusions. The Fleet is the most visited museum in Balboa Park, the largest urban cultural park in the nation.
Our two-story science center can be uniquely customized to suit your needs, whether you want the entire venue to yourself or you prefer to focus your event in one gallery. We host cocktail parties, corporate events, award galas, concerts, sit-down dinners, dances, receptions, weddings, birthday celebrations and more! The Heikoff Giant Dome Theater, provides a compelling space for private screenings, presentations and performances. The Fleet also offers meeting space for lectures, board meetings, small group presentations and luncheons.
Located just one mile from downtown and two miles from the San Diego Convention Center, the Fleet is convenient from every direction, with free parking. Our talented team in the Special Events Department will guide you in the planning process to ensure that your event is incredible!
