College Hill offers a cohesive neighborhood feel thanks to the close proximity of the housing accommodations, meeting spaces, dining hall, workout facilities and additional recreational opportunities. Central neighborhood and its four charming residence halls are surrounded by classroom buildings, lecture halls, Joyner Library, Wright Auditorium, and Messick Theatre. West End neighborhood has another dining hall and is situated adjacent to Greenville’s thriving Uptown district. With close proximity to the Student Recreation Center and the brand new, state-of-the-art Main Campus Student Center, it’s a great place for camps and conferences because of access to amenities like a bowling alley, black box theater, pool hall, study lounges and a food court.

Dining Halls
We offer two dining halls - Todd and West End.
Food Trucks
In addition to our two dining halls, Todd and West End, we have three food trucks that can be available at a prearranged costs rates similar to dining hall rates.

Grid Grub boasts modern twists on Southern favorites. Guests can try anything from traditional sausage and gravy biscuits in the morning, to homemade pimento cheese grits, to authentic NC BBQ pulled pork sandwich and chips.

Street Eats brings a fun, fresh, and delicious take on authentic tacos. The menu is simple and delicious street food, giving guests the option chicken, beef, pork or vegetarian, plus fresh sauces and tortillas.

Our Starbucks mobile truck offers high-quality coffees, hand-crafted espresso beverages, teas, smoothies as well as a variety of pastries, pre-packaged snacks, and breakfast sandwiches.

Guests can enjoy their food truck purchases at one of our outside picnic tables or take their meal back to their room.
Student Center
An additional option for meals are the vendors in our new Student Center. Those vendors include Panda Express, Raising Cane, Au Bon Pain, and Starbucks. The new Student Center is located within a ten-minute walk from the College Hill Neighborhood, and a five-minute walk from Central and West End Neighborhoods. 

We also have three unique food trucks and a Starbucks mobile truck that we can arrange for you.

Residence Halls at ECU
Student housing at East Carolina University is based in three neighborhoods- College Hill, West End and Central. Like any community, all three neighborhoods have some common elements- like access to meeting and classroom spaces, dining halls, and key amenities, and each neighborhood has its unique features like location!

The College Hill Neighborhood is served by Todd Dining Hall, and the Central and West End Neighborhoods are served by the West End Dining Hall.

Parking
Parking on University property is by permit only. Participants parking on campus will be required to display a valid parking permit on their vehicle. Permit prices are based on the length or camp/conference as follows:
0-13 days $10 each
14-20 days $20 each
21-27 days $30 each
28-35 days $40 each
Visiting parents can purchase a $5.00 one day permit.
Please let the Conference Services team know if you will need handicapped parking space permits.
 
Transit
ECU bus service can be arranged at the following rates:
$50 per hour, per bus (3-hour minimum)
$400 daily cap
Transit buses seat up to 40 people.
