About Bell Museum
Nestled in St Paul, on the University of Minnesota campus, the Bell Museum opened in the summer of 2018. With floor to ceiling windows throughout the museum and state of the art technology in every event room, there is a space to meet all of your event needs. From weddings and corporate receptions to small meetings and retreats, the seasoned event staff is happy to assist in the planning process.
The Bell Museum has a variety of options for wedding packages such as weddings under the stars in the Whitney and Elizabeth MacMillan Planetarium as well as options for full-museum rentals. The Nucleus, boasting the stunning white pine that is found throughout the museum and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment is available for rehearsal dinners. The space, located on the museum’s second floor, can accommodate up to 60 guests at round tables or as many as 80 in theatre seating, offering access to our rooftop observation deck as well.

The Bell Museum offers a unique setting including access to special exhibit galleries, the Touch & See Lab and specialty planetarium experiences. Planetarium experiences can include a guided tour of the night sky. The Planetarium features 120 fixed tiered theater seats and a one-of-a-kind dome. The dome features a seamless projection, creating a completely immersive experience for your guests. With the ability to also project images for presentations on a standard projector and a podium with a microphone, the space is able to accommodate lectures as well as Planetarium shows.
