Our main dining room features buffet style dining and staggered seating times to accommodate multiple groups in residence. Audiovisual equipment is available for presentations and award ceremonies.

Smaller groups may request private dining in one of our boardrooms when a working lunch is necessary.

Waltham Woods Cafe

Groups of 10 or less can make arrangements to take advantage of the "Grab and Go" service available from our in-house cafeteria.

Central Atrium

Continuous refreshment breaks abound with hot & cold beverages and a vast assortment of freshly baked breads and delicious fruit. Later in the day, we add just-baked cookies and an assortment of sweet, salty and healthy snacks.

Perimeter Space / Outdoor Tent

On the grounds surrounding the Conference Center, there is space sufficient to place a tent for seasonal events. Ask one of our Sales Professionals for more details.
