The University Park campus offers over 20,000 square feet of flexible function space for events including Davidson Conference Center an IACC venue, a wide variety of classrooms/labs and fully supported auditoriums. The campus is in the West Adams district of south Los Angeles, two miles southwest of Downtown Los Angeles. Situated on over 200 acres, the campus is a "city within a city" with beautifully landscaped gardens, recreational facilities and diverse meeting venues. USC Hospitality is proud to offer full-service catering. Our culinary team is under the leadership of Executive Chef Daniel Pfeiffer. Whether you decide to make your menu selections from our core banquet menus or allow us to create a custom menu for your event, you and your guests will have a memorable dining experience. Core banquet menu prices range as follows: Breakfast - $13.00 - $22.00 per person plus service charge and tax, Lunch - $18.00 - $30.00 per person plus service charge and tax, Dinner - $25.00 - $60.00 per person plus service charge and tax, ***** For summer conferences, we can provide residential dining services for your attendees. All meals served in our residential dining halls feature "all you can eat" dining set up buffet style. Meals are chef's choice and change daily. Meals are offered during designated hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dining room is shared by other guests. This is a very affordable option with pricing ranging between $8.00 - $12.00 per person plus tax. ***** The Davidson Executive Conference Center’s concept is very simple. We offer a Complete Meeting Package that is designed to take the guess work out of meeting planning and allows you to focus on the more important aspects (meeting content, speakers and attendee logistics) of your program. At DCC, we provide you with a private meeting room for your general session. All break service is served in a central location and lunch is served in the Vineyard Room/Patio for all Conference Center guests to enjoy. Lunch selections are served buffet style and change daily. Tables can be reserved together for your group. CMP Package starts at $68.00 per person plus service charge and tax.
