Seating Capacity: 200
Located in the Living/Learning Center, the Varsity Cafe has seating for 200 persons, plus 40 outdoor patio seats.
Student Union Dining Hall
Our all-you-care-to-eat fare includes your choice of several entrees, side dishes, salad bar, beverages and desserts. Daily menus provided upon request. Flexible serving schedule is available for conference attendees.
Tuck Shop
Located in the Student Union, everyone can suit their own tastes with a quick meal in our food court. Current offerings include Subway, Starbuck's and Pizza Hut.
Chaser's Lounge
With its turn of the century decor, this non-alcoholic pub offers pasta, soup and salad, snacks, sandwiches and their popular fresh dough pizza and stromboli. Located in the Student Union and available for conference functions during the summer months.
Banquet Facilities
We specialize in banquets! Our beautiful Heritage Hall and Cambria Room can accommodate large groups with style, comfort and exceptional service. And we can tailor the menu to ensure a perfect event.
