Conference Coordination and Planning Our team can provide you with expert assistance in planning, coordinating, and managing your meetings to ensure success!
Audio/Visual and Technical Support A/V equipment available in larger meeting rooms with staff on site to assist with set up.
Computer Lab Centers on Location Available for reservations. Conveniently located and can handle your business needs including scanning and printing.
24-Hour Front Desk Service Our friendly and helpful staff members are available at the front desk of each residence hall 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you during your stay. The front desk services provided for guests include linen exchange, message taking, and information on the campus and community.
Internet Access Internet access is available in student rooms via Ethernet cords, provided at the Front desk. Wireless internet access is available in the common areas of the residence hall with a log on and password, provided by the front desk.
Laundry Facilities All of the washing machines and dryers are coin operated and on site. Please contact the front desk for the location of the laundry room in your specific hall.
Mail Service If you need to have something sent to you, we recommend having it sent to the Office of Conferences & Special Events. Once we receive your mail, we will alert you and hold on to your item at the front desk until you’re able to collect it.
Full Linen Service If your conference provides linen service, daily towel exchange is available at the front desk. Our front desk also has additional blankets and pillows available at the request of the guest.
Recreation & Leisure Unique restaurants, local shops, and scenic parks can be found in the quaint, historic streets of Urbana, while the dynamic city of Champaign is home to nationally known restaurants, malls, movie theaters and sporting arenas. If you’re looking for a cultural getaway, the Krannert Art Museum boasts a permanent collection of 9,000 pieces of art, while the Spurlock Museum houses approximately 42.000 historical world artifacts. If sports are your passion, we can arrange access to any of the University’s recreational facilities, such as tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, swimming pools, soccer fields, or gyms.
