| Certified One-Stop Shop | You’re not alone when you’re planning your meeting, event or conference! As a certified One-Stop Shop by the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors—International (ACCED-I), Conference and Event Services (CES) will coordinate all the services on campus (and some off campus vendors as well!) to ensure that the logistics for your program meld smoothly for you. You can ask CES for information on any of these areas and we will help you to know what information you need to provide so that all service providers help you create your successful event. |

| Signature Service (upgrade) | Signature Service (upgrade) includes: Hotel-quality bedspread, iron & ironing board, desk lamp, hair dryer, rotating fan, and Keurig K-Cup coffee maker with coffee or tea-making supplies. Fee of $25.00 per person, per week. |
