For over thirty years, the McKimmon Conference and Training Center, a part of NC State University, has been home to the Triangle's high profile educational events.  Providing beautiful classrooms with state-of-the-art technology, the McKimmon Center has over 35,000 square feet of meeting space available for use.  With a diverse clientele that includes educational institutions and public schools, government agencies, non-profit associations, and private corporations, the McKimmon Center hosts over 2,000 events annually.

The McKimmon Center has contracts with 16 pre-screened, reputable caterers to provide catering and break services for your event. A variety of menus and comprehensive pricing allows you flexibility with your budgetary and dietary requirements. In addition, the McKimmon Corner Café, open Monday through Friday, serves light snacks, sandwiches, drinks (8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) and hot entrees (11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.) to keep your energy running high.
