Experienced chefs JJ Tramontana (Culinary Institute of America) and Adam Fox (Johnson and Wales University) boast more than 40 years of kitchen experience and can help you choose from items listed on our catering guides, or customize a menu to fit your event. Both Tramontana and Fox have international culinary experience, ranging from years of work in Moscow to cooking at the Beijing Olympics, and can deliver a high level of quality and service to your meals.
