Each January we conduct a two-day school for our LOL District Barbershop Chapter Officers to help them in their administrative and management duties they are elected to accomplish throughout the current year. Over the years we have held the school at many different facilities in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. As you would expect, some facilities are better suited to our needs than others. We consider the Memorial Student Center at the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie to be the best we have found. The facilities/classrooms provide the current equipment/technology that more than keeps pace with our teaching tools. Over the past 6 years we have been there the facilities have been enhanced each year. Sue Michels, University Conference Coordinator, and all of the staff at the Student Center have been extremely helpful and make us feel that we are extremely important to them. Their attention to detail and support is of the highest quality. We have become a team that has the combined goal of education and fellowship. We look forward to many more years of working together.
