Day One:
The Loyalty Connection:
  • Examine the Walt Disney World® Resort model for generating loyal customers and employees.
  • Discover the importance of identifying core customers.
  • Identify the link between a company's brand promise and the value it offers.
  • Determine the responsibility an organization's leaders have to treat employees as customers.
  • Identify techniques for building employee-to-customer interaction into every experience.
  • Discover tools for connecting emotionally with individuals.
Organizational Creativity, Disney Style
Collaborative Culture:
  • Learn how Walt Disney World® Resort fosters a collaborative environment that embraces creativity.
  • Discuss key components to nurturing a culture where new ideas and problem solving options are openly expressed.
  • Explore how establishing the organizational identity keeps creative energy focused.
  • Reflect on the role of the leader in terms of responsibility, commitment, and the ability to inspire organizational creativity.

Day Two:
Quality Service, Disney Style
The Case for Quality Service:
  • Examine the case for quality service and discover the Quality Service Cycle program model.
  • Learn qualitative and quantitative techniques for studying guest psychographics.
  • Discover tools for understanding the needs, wants, stereotypes, and emotions of guests.
  • Learn Walt Disney World® Resort methods for communicating a service theme and service standards to all Cast Members.
  • Examine strategies and tactics for maximizing all delivery systems during each service moment.
  • Develop a Quality Service Plan that adapts Walt Disney World® Resort methods to your own organization.
  • Includes a quality service field experience at one of the Walt Disney World® Resort Theme Parks.

Day One:
7:45 - 8:30 AM: Registration & Refreshments
8:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Loyalty, Disney Style
12:00-1:00 PM: Lunch
1:00 - 4:30 PM: Organizational Creativity, Disney Style
6:30 - 8:30 PM: Optional Dine Around Experience at Epcot®
8:30 - 9:00 PM: Optional Dessert Party & Private Viewing of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth

Day Two:
8:00 AM - 8:30 PM: Morning Refreshments
8:30 AM - 12:00 PM:Quality Service, Disney Style
12:00 - 1:30 PM: Lunch
1:30 - 4:00 PM:Quality Service Field Experience

Conference Hotel:
  • Single or Double Room Rate: $110 plus tax*
  • Additional persons 18 years or older are $25 per person, per night.
*This rate is applicable for three days prior and three days following the program.

Registration:
THE PROGRAM IS LIMITED TO 50 PARTICIPANTS The cost of the program is $995 and includes the following:
  • All program materials
  • Continental breakfast, lunch and breaks on Day One
  • Continental breakfast, lunch and breaks on Day Two
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 15, 2005

Registration cancellations will be accepted with refund up until September 15, 2005. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after September 15, 2005.
Optional Dinner & Dessert Party at Epcot®. All attendees will have the option to sign up for a special Dine Around Program in Epcot® followed by a private dessert party and viewing of the famous IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth program. The cost for this program is $90 per person.

Program Instruction:
All instruction for this program will be conducted by the Disney Institute. A diploma will be provided by the Disney Institute following the program.
