Caedmon Hall...a warm, elegant, versatile, 1000 square feet of open space on the main floor with beautiful hard wood floors, high ceilings, track lighting, and a Steinway piano. The space offers plenty of ambience for your corporate event, music recital, art gallery, small wedding or intimate family gathering. Caedmon Hall can hold up to 125 people for receptions and 75 for seated events. A fully equipped kitchen is one floor below.
Caedmon Dining Hall...an open, 2,300 squared foot space ideal for larger gatherings, such as parties, business meetings, seminars, wedding receptions or video showings. A fully equipped kitchen is right at hand. Caedmon Dining Hall can hold up to 250.
Caedmon Gymnasium...a 900 square foot space with soft, hardwood floors, adjustable fiberglass backboards, a children’s climbing wall, and plenty of athletic equipment. It is ideal for sports clinics, dance, yoga, Pilates, one-on-one personal training, or small group circuit training.
Caedmon Courtyard...a lovely outdoor space tucked between the school and the surrounding buildings, with exposed brick, garden plot, children’s art, and colorful playground equipment. Ideal for an early evening cocktail hour.
Caedmon Spaces may be combined to design a unique experience for your guests.
A school by day, Caedmon Spaces also has classrooms available for usage, ideal for music lessons or small group activities.

Rental Policies:
Lessee through its caterer or otherwise, must provide Certificates of Insurance evidencing (i) comprehensive commercial general liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate for liability (including liquor liability, bodily injury, personal injury, advertising injury and property damage) and with The Caedmon School listed as an additional named insured; and (ii) Workers’ Compensation Insurance as required by New York State law, with The Caedmon School listed as an additional named insured.
