The 8 is a collection of dining destinations under one roof with cozy booths and great views of Lake Washington: Broiler Zone, a gourmet burger concept; Wild Greens, a deli and salad bar; award-winning Pagliacci Pizza; Abundo, which offers a rotating menu of regional and international dishes, a pasta bar and satisfying breakfasts; and Joe Haus, an espresso bar with homemade desserts. Meals are presented in an All-You-Care-to-Eat (AYCE) style. -

Eleven 01 Café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and features two dining stations that offer a selection of freshly-prepared regional and international dishes that change every day, plus a Pagliacci Pizza, a deli, a salad bar and hearty soups.
