Conference Support	Our formalized planning process takes the burden off you, and provides support from conception to conlusion.
Logistical Coordination	Years in a university setting and understanding of all the necessary components ensure the success of your event.
Marketing and Website Services	We work closely with you and the necessary vendors to advertise and promote your conference, meeting, or event effectively.
Registration Services	We offer a variety of services to assure a smooth registration process, including a dedicated customer service coordinator.
Financial Management	We assist in developing and maintaining a budget, and keep close track of all conference income and expenses throughout the process.
Print and Mail	In-house services to provide conference materials, mailing services and design assistance with access to personal computers throughout campus.
Technical Support	On-site, on-call technical assistance for computer use, internet access, audio-visual equipment, and media services.
Parking and Transportation	On-campus parking, shuttle services, and other transportation is available through University-contracted vendors.
Fitness Center	Passes are available for those who wish to take advantage of our recently renovated campus fitness center.
