Service	Description
Technical Support	If you are planning a performance, presentation, meeting, or party, our Tech Crew can provide expert assistance with technical equipment for your event. For lighting, sound and projection equipment the Team is there to assist with all the details.
Conference Planning	The Conference Office can help with all the planning details and assist with the execution of your meeting, event, or special occasion.
Catering	The Dining Services Team will help with a wide variety of catering needs from breakfast ensemble to coffee breaks to elaborate dinners/receptions and wedding receptions.
Security	All aspects of security can be arranged for your event.
Equipment and rentals	Our team will work with you to arrange for any necessary rental equipment or party needs.
Sport and Recreation	A wide variety of sports and recreational facilities are available. Nine outdoor field spaces, diving and swimming pools, fitness and aerobic facliities as well of the newly constructed "Hall of Fame Room" with two intimate viewing boxes overlooking the main gynasium floor.
Administrative support	We can help arrange support for administrative needs such as copying, faxing, shipping, etc.
Transportation Services	Transportation Services can provide fourteen passenger shuttle service for event guests to local area attractions and satelite locations.
